I’m thrilled to share with you that the acquisition of AdJitsu by Amobee (which SingTel recently acquired for $321M) has closed. Congratulations to the AdJitsu team and to all of us. This is a great milestone.
Amobee has been a fantastic business partner for AdJitsu. Coupling the global reach of publishers and advertisers with our unique mobile 3D advertising platform, we can truly impact the global app economy and mobile consumer experience. Our ninja team of 6 achieved this feat in less than a year and on a shoestring (or ramen) budget. The AdJitsu Platform applied the principles of experiential apps, which we so firmly believe in, to mobile advertising. We were the FIRST to bring 3D advertising to iPad and now iPhone. With the unified vision with Amobee, the team will continue to deliver success and make Cooliris proud.
For every company, the customers are the real life-blood and revenues/margins are the real metrics of success. The same is true for AdJitsu and we will work diligently to make the customer transition seamless. The current campaign, which launched a couple of days ago, is breaking all records with respect to engagement and traction.
Our investors also played an important role in AdJitsu’s success. The support that Randy, Frank and others provided was phenomenal to succeed in this B2B space, as we continued to grow our consumer-facing products, LiveShare and Cooliris.
This brings me to my last point. We now double down on bringing killer new consumer apps to the market. The New Liveshare is seeing great traction in the market with a DAU/MAU of 25%. With the New Cooliris coming to the market soon, we get to bring our famous 3D Wall to the world on mobile devices. You are a true team of rockstars and I am honored to be part of this gang.
